NEW WORK - Monk
The new series of four, is Kraken, Old Man, Monk and Cave (pictures to come of the latter). A very old plum tree has provided these beautiful natural forms. My aim is to portray the beauty that this material provides in all it's stages of it's past life, to discover the contrasting textures and surfaces it has to offer... so excitingly varied, yet all within the same object.
